As the content we create is specific to your order, there are no returns. Note that some variations from the sample product are possible as there are variations in the wood used.
Once your order has been submitted and paid for it is no longer able to be canceled. We may be in the process of creating your unique item/s, and once customized we are unable to resell the item to others.
Our goal is to have your item shipped from our location (Minnesota) within 20* business days of your order. Once in the mail, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of the item as it traverses the Shipping System. Full time for delivery will vary depending on your location.
* Between October 1 – January 1 or turn around time is increased up to 30 days. Please plan ahead and note our holiday deadlines.
Orders made after December 3, 2025 are not guaranteed to be ready / shipped by Christmas. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have questions.
Our shop will be closed for the season between December 15 – January 6. During this time we will not be answering emails or processing order.
Unless specifically called out in the listing, the woods that we use are 1/4 inch thick plywood.
Some of our offerings have a finished edge that exhibit the colors of walnut, cedar, or cherry (white).
